Diners decide from the street
Most walk-in guests judge a restaurant from its signboard and window in a few seconds. The name has to be legible from across the road, day and night.
Restaurant branding in Malaysia
O2O Creative brands restaurants across Malaysia with one fixed-price opening kit: logo, menu, signage, uniform and a social launch set, designed together so the shopfront, table and Instagram feed all look like the same place. Kits start from RM6,500 and take about four to six weeks.

The menu is your best salesperson
A well-structured menu steers guests to your highest-margin dishes and speeds up ordering at peak hours.
One look across every touchpoint
Signage, menus, packaging for delivery and social posts designed separately look like four different businesses. A kit keeps them consistent.

What's in the kit
What is in the restaurant opening kit
- Logo and name lockup that works on a signboard, a rubber stamp and a 48-pixel app icon.
- Menu design, with dishes grouped and priced to guide orders, in print and QR versions.
- Signage artwork for the main signboard, window decals and opening banner.
- Uniform and tableware marks for aprons, caps and takeaway cups or bags.
- Social launch set: profile images, highlight covers and opening-week post templates.
Branding for new restaurants and rebrands
New restaurants get the full kit before fit-out, so the signboard and interior are designed around the brand. Existing restaurants usually start with a menu redesign and a logo refresh, then roll the look onto signage at the next renovation.
Questions clients ask before they hire us
How much does restaurant branding cost in Malaysia?
A restaurant opening kit with logo, menu, signage artwork, uniform and a social launch set starts from RM6,500. A logo alone costs RM2,000 to RM6,000 and a menu RM800 to RM3,000.

About four to six weeks from brief to print-ready files. Plan for signage fabrication and menu printing on top, usually one to two weeks.

Yes. We lay out menus in English, Malay and Chinese, mark halal, vegetarian and spicy items clearly, and check every language with a native reader before print.
Do you design for delivery apps too?
Yes. We prepare your logo, menu photos and banners in the sizes GrabFood, foodpanda and ShopeeFood require, plus delivery bag stickers and packaging labels.
